Sensex ends 495 points down, Nifty below 11,600

After opening lower on Monday, the Sensex and Nifty extended losses in the afternoon trade amid weak global cues. The Sensex closed 495 points lower to 38,645.18, while the Nifty ended below the 11,600-mark. Yes Bank shares ended 6.8% lower to Rs 238.40, while IndusInd Bank shares lost more than 4% to end at Rs 1,691.45 on BSE. Shares of IT majors Infosys, TCS ended up to 1% higher on the exchanges.  

Indiabulls Housing, Yes Bank, BPCL, IndusInd Bank and IOC were top losers on the Nifty, while gainers were Bharti Airtel, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra and Infosys.Among the sectors except IT all other indices ended in red led by energy, bank, auto, metal, pharma, infra and FMCG.

Shares of state-run Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd made a tepid debut on the exchanges on Thursday morning, even as the shares listed at Rs 19, flat as compared to its IPO price of Rs 19.

Shares of state-run Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd made a tepid debut on the exchanges on Thursday morning, even as the shares listed at Rs 19, same as its IPO price. Poor run continues for PSU IPOs, with a slew of public offers trading below their issue price. The recently listed MSTC shares are trading at Rs 112, 6% below the issue price of Rs 120. Notably, several PSU issues including IRCON International, Garden Reach, Coal India, NALCO, HUDCO, RCFL, National Fertilizers have left investors with poor returns.

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd IPO for Rs 481 crore had sailed through on April 3rd as the issue was subscribed about 1.72 times. The issue received bids for 43.63 crore shares as against the issue size of 25.34 lakh shares implying a total subscription of 1.72 times. Notably, the QIB portion saw heavy demand and was subscribed 1.36 times, as investors from the category bid for a total of 17.20 crore shares as against their issue size of 12.64 crore shares.

Nifty ends above 11,650, Sensex gains 238 pts; Asian Paints slips 3%

The Sensex was up 238.69 points at 38939.22, while Nifty was up 67.50 points at 11,672.

Benchmark indices ended higher on Tuesday with Nifty above 11,650 level supported by auto and banking stocks.

At close, the Sensex was up 238.69 points at 38939.22, while Nifty was up 67.50 points at 11,672. About 1152 shares have advanced, 1370 shares declined, and 148 shares are unchanged. 

Yes Bank, Wipro, Tata Motors, ICICI Bank and Bajaj Auto were the top gainers on the Nifty, while losers include Indiabulls Housing, Asian Paints, Infosys, Bharti Airtel and Titan.

Except infra all other sectoral indices ended in green led by PSU Bank, metal, auto, pharma, energy, IT and FMCG.

Nifty above 11,600, Sensex falls 161 points

Among the sectors, auto, bank, metal, FMCG and pharma witnessed some selling pressure, while some buying seen in the IT stocks.

 Indian indices ended lower but off day's low as final hour buying pulled the Nifty just above 11,600 level.

The Sensex was down 161.70 points at 38700.53, while Nifty was down 61.50 points at 11604.50. About 1070 shares have advanced, 1493 shares declined, and 161 shares are unchanged.

Tech Mahindra, Infosys, M&M, TCS and Power Grid Corp were the top gainers on the Nifty, while losers include Indiabulls Housing, IOC, Bajaj Finance, Vedanta and Yes Bank.

Nifty around 11,650, Sensex up 150 pts; IT stocks in focus

Indian indices opened higher on Friday with Nifty trading above 11,600 level.

At 09:17 hrs IST, the Sensex is up 112.68 points at 38797.40, while Nifty is up 36.90 points at 11634.90. About 544 shares have advanced, 199 shares declined, and 43 shares are unchanged. 

Yes Bank, Cipla, Titan, IndusInd Bank, M&M, Hero Moto, Vedanta, Zee Entertainment, Sun Pharma, IOC, are among major gainers, losers are Adani Ports, Britannia, Cola India, Bharti Airtel.

All the sectoral indices are trading in green led by metal, IT, auto and bank.

रेल विकास निगम का IPO पूरी तरह सब्सक्राइब, 482 करोड़ रु जुटाएगी सरकार

RVNL (Rail Vikas Nigam) का आईपीओ (IPO) बुधवार को ऑफर के आखिरी दिन पूरी तरह सब्सक्राइब हो गया।

सरकार के स्वामित्व वाली रेल विकास निगम लिमिटेड यानी RVNL (Rail Vikas Nigam) का आईपीओ (IPO) बुधवार को ऑफर के आखिरी दिन पूरी तरह सब्सक्राइब हो गया। दोपहर लगभग 3 बजे तक यह 1.17 गुना सब्सक्राइब हो चुका था। एनएसई (NSE) से मिले डाटा के मुताबिक, इस आईपीओ (IPO) में 25,34,57,280 शेयरों के लिए कुल 29,34,57,280 शेयरों के लिए बिड हासिल हुईं।

17 से 19 रु है प्राइस बैंड
कंपनी का 482 करोड़ रुपए का आईपीओ (IPO) पिछले सप्ताह खुला था। इसके लिए प्राइस बैंड 17 रुपए से 19 रुपए प्रति शेयर तय किया गया है। भारत सरकार द्वारा पेश किया गया यह ऑफर फॉर सेल (OFS) के तहत लाया गया है, जिसके तहत 25.35 करोड़ शेयर (12.2 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी) के बेचे जाने हैं। कुल इश्यू में 0.30 फीसदी शेयर आरवीएनएल (RVNL) के इम्प्लाइज के लिए रखे गए हैं। रिटेल इन्वेस्टर्स और इम्प्लॉइज को 0.50 रुपए प्रति शेयर का डिस्काउंट भी दिया जा रहा है।

एनालिस्ट ने दी है सब्सक्राइब की रेटिंग
अधिकांश एनालिस्ट ने आईपीओ (IPO) के लिए ‘सब्सक्राइब’ की रेटिंग दी है, जिसकी ऑर्डर बुक खासी मजबूत स्थिति में है। सरकार के रेल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर पर फोकस से भी कंपनी को खासा फायदा होने की उम्मीद है। इसीलिए शेयर की वैल्युएशन खासी आकर्षक मानी जा रही है।


77,500 करोड़ रु की है ऑर्डर बुक
आरवीएनएल (RVNL), रेल मंत्रालय के लिए प्रोजेक्ट एग्जीक्यूटिंग एजेंसी के तौर पर काम करती है और उसके पास लगभग 77,500 करोड़ रुपए की ऑर्डर बुक है। इसमें से 30,000 करोड़ रुपए के दीर्घकालिक प्रोजेक्ट हैं, जिनके एग्जीक्यूशन की टाइमलाइन 5-7 साल है। 45 हजार करोड़ रुपए के प्रोजेक्ट्स में लाइनों के दोहरीकरण, नई लाइनें बिछाना आदि शामिल हैं, जिन्हें 2 से 3 साल में पूरा करना होता है।

कमजोर मॉनसून के अनुमान से टूटा बाजार, सेंसेक्स 180 और निफ्टी में 69 अंक टूटा

शेयर मार्केट में आज तीन दिनों के बाद गिरावट दर्ज की गई। सेंसेक्स रिकार्ड ऊंचाई से 180 अंक गिरकर 39,270 पर बंद हुआ, जबकि निफ्टी में 69 अंक की गिरावट के साथ 11,644 पर बंद हुआ, जबकि निफ्टी ने दिन के शुरुआती कारोबार में 11761 के आंकड़े के साथ अपने अब तक के सबसे अच्छी स्थिति में पहुंच गया था।

मौसम के पूर्वानुमान के चलते गिरा
शेयर मार्केट के गिरने में मौसम को एक अहम वजह माना जा रहा है। दरअसल एक प्राइवेट मौसम एजेंसी Skymet की संभावना जाहिर किया कि इस साल औसत से कम बारिश हो सकती है। ऐसे में इनवेस्टर्स ने मार्केट से पैसा निकालना शुरू कर दिया।

शुरुआती कारोबार में इस वजह से रही उछाल 

शेयर मार्केट के जानकारों के मुताबिक विदेश लिक्विडिटी के भारतीय मार्केट में आने और भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की ओर से रेट कट की संभावनाओं के चलते मार्केट में स्टैबिलिटी रही।
